::: Scones :::


  • 8 oz self raising flour
  • 3 oz caster sugar
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4oz fruit
  • 150ml milk

Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 12 mins

1.Set oven to 180 degrees. Put flour, caster sugar, butter and baking powder in a bowl and mix.

2.Add in fruit and milk a little at a time until you get the mixture coming together.
3. Roll out dough. Cut into circles and place on an oven tray.
