On the spur of the moment I decided to make some cupcakes from what we had left in the cupboards.
They were so simple and easy, only taking half an hour.
85g Self-raising Flour
85g Caster Sugar
25g Softened Butter
1 Large Egg
¼ Teaspoon of Nutmeg and Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of runny honey
1 Handful of Sultanas
Mix together, divide into cake cases and voila - Yummy cupcakes!
(This recipe will make 6 large cupcakes or 12 small cupcakes)
